Sunrise Celebration
Come, let's toast the sunrise
and welcome a brand new day,
farewell drifting moon
sorry you cannot stay.
There's a time for everything in life
both darkness and light,
time to bask in warm sun
time to struggle through the night.
Remember, darkness fades away
as night gives birth to dawn,
a radiant warmth fills the earth
rejoice, the sun is born.
So, look to the east each morning
when the sky is vibrant with reds,
give a toast to a life celebration
as the sun and the earth are wed.
